CONFERENCE & BANQUETING FACILITIES

Ruddington Grange provides an ideal venue for conferences, seminars, meetings, product launches, receptions and presentations. The close proximity to the city centre and transport links makes it a popular choice with local businesses, local authority departments and health service primary care trusts. There are ample parking facilities for over one hundred cars.

Rooms of varying sizes can cater for most needs from small intimate meetings or one-to-one interviews up to larger gatherings of 100 delegates.

Presidents Room

The smallest room which is located in a corner within the members' clubhouse. Suitable for up to a maximum of 10 delegates boardroom style but limited space for equipment.

Rates:
Half day £35.00 plus VAT
Full day £60.00 plus VAT

Restaurant

A light airy room with views of the golf course suitable for up to 20 delegates boardroom style or up to a maximum of 40 delegates theatre style. Roller blackout blinds are available in this room, one of which serves as a projection screen. There is an annex adjacent to this room which is utilised when coffee breaks and buffet service are required away from the meeting room.

Half day £40.00 plus VAT
Full day £70.00 plus VAT

Birkdale Suite

A private room within the function suite complex which can accommodate up to 12 delegates boardroom style or a maximum of 20 theatre style. Basically a room best used as a breakout area from the main room

Wentworth Suite

The Wentworth is a completely self-contained unit affording totally exclusive use. The slightly unusual shape of this room aids its flexibility; an alcove allowing extensive presenter's space; the dance floor area allowing up to 100 delegates theatre style or 30 boardroom setting and rolling room dividers permit catering to be effectively offered in a separate room.

Rates:
Half day £70.00 plus VAT
Full day £120.00 plus VAT

Equipment

All rooms have a flipchart and pens included in the room hire. Additionally the following items are available at extra cost.

Rates:
Data Projector - £40.00 plus VAT
OHP (Restaurant only) - £15.00 plus VAT
OHP and Screen - £25.00 plus VAT
TV and Video - £30.00 plus VAT
A PA system with hand-held microphone is also available.

Catering

Coffee & Biscuits - £1.25 per head per serving
Soup & Sandwich Meal - £4.50 per head
